We understand that our customers are busy and we are too, we have implanted a Hassle-Free invoice policy to better serve our customers. Also, if you want to receive your packages on time, the faster you send your invoice the better.

We understand that our customers are busy and we are too, we have implanted a Hassle-Free invoice policy to better serve our customers. Also, if you want to receive your packages on time, the faster you send your invoice the better. We recommend sending your invoice either before or after it reaches our USA Warehouse or before it reaches our Bahamas Office. Here are the steps:

  1. Request Consolidation or Repacking Services before products reach our USA Warehouse. Send email to ConsolidationorRepacking.QueenCargos@gmail.com
  2. Packages arrive USA Warehouse
  3. Packages are scanned for hazardous material
  4. Packages are weighed at our USA facility
  5. Send Invoices to invoices.QueensCargo@gmail.com before or after it reach USA Warehouse
  6. Customs and relevant Government Fees are calculated
  7. You receive your bill
  8. You can pay instore, bank or online
  9. Request Delivery or schedule a Pickup or Delivery

So remember, the sooner the better. If you want your packages the next day send invoices on time.
