1. Request Consolidation or Repacking Services before products reach our USA Warehouse. Send email to info.QueenCargos@gmail.com.
2. Packages arrive USA Warehouse.
3. Packages are scanned for hazardous material.
4. Packages are weighed at our USA facility.
5. Send Invoices to invoices.QueensCargo@gmail.com before or after it reach USA Warehouse.
6. Customs and relevant Government Fees are calculated.
7. You receive your bill.
8. You can pay in office, bank, island luck or online.
9. Request Delivery or schedule a Pickup or Delivery.

Delivery and Pick up Steps

1. Send Delivery and Pick request to our WhatsApp or info.QueenCargos@gmail.com
2. Request our Delivery or Pick up Services before or after bill is paid online or island luck
3. Request Kravans Delivery Services after bill is paid online or island luck
4. Packages are Scheduled to be Delivered upon request
5. Packages can be scheduled for pickup after bill is paid online

So remember, the sooner the better. If you want your packages the next day send invoices on time.
