We operate a modest size USA Warehouse and Bahamas Storage Facility that is clean and security monitored. To better serve our client’s packages are immediately dispatched from our USA warehouse to Bahamas and stored up to 14 days at our Bahamas Storage.

Please Note: Packages are stored in our Bahamas Office for up to 14 days upon arrival. After 14 days packages are moved over to our Late Fee Department and is subject to a $1.99 a day storage fee. Once packages reach the 30 day mark, packages are moved over to our Marketplace Storage Department where packages will be listed, auction and sold to cover the cost. What is Consolidation?
Consolidation is when multiple packages are fit into one box for customer convenience. Customers saves, they win and we are happy!
How does consolidation work?
Consolidation is free for our VIP Members. (Learn more here). However, its $1.99 for regular members. In order to qualify for consolidation, ALL members must send a consolidation request to our email. Info.QueenCargos@gmail.com before packages arrive USA Facility. If packages reach Nassau and you wish to have packages consolidated then its $9.99 for regular members and $5.99 for VIP Members.
Repacking
Do you have precious and easily breakable items? Then request our repacking service so wen add an extra more loving to your packages. To better serve you send an invoice to Info.QueenCargos@gmail.com before packages reach our USA facility
